Location: Norway, Norway Salary: €100,000-€120,000 + Package

MEP Lead - Data Centres - Norway

We are currently partnering with a Tier-2 Design and Build contractor specialising in Data Centres across Europe. Due to continuous growth, they are looking to expand their team further with an experienced MEP Lead in Norway.

Responsibilities

•    Oversee Full MEP Lifecycle: Lead the Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) scope from design coordination through to installation, commissioning, and handover, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
•    Design & Technical Coordination: Collaborate with design consultants, BIM teams, and subcontractors to review drawings, resolve clashes, and ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the data centre environment.
•    Quality & Compliance Management: Enforce QA/QC standards and ensure all MEP installations meet local building codes, safety regulations, and client-specific data centre standards (e.g., Uptime Institute Tier certifications).
•    Project Interface & Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for MEP-related queries across internal teams, client representatives, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and alignment on deliverables.
•    Schedule & Progress Control: Monitor and manage the MEP construction programme, identifying potential delays or risks and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track.

Requirements

Must have 3+ Years experience in a similar role
Must have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background
Data Centre experience is preferred
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Norway

Benefits

€100,000 - €120,000 + Full rotational Package
